Sheehy Hyundai of Waldorf is proud to continue its support of Special Olympics Maryland, an incredible organization dedicated to empowering individuals with intellectual disabilities through sports training and competition. For over 50 years, Special Olympics has provided year-round opportunities in more than 30 Olympic-type summer and winter sports, helping athletes build confidence, develop lifelong skills, and create meaningful friendships.
This year, our team proudly donated $500 to Special Olympics Maryland. The check was presented to Augustus Proctor, who accepted the contribution on behalf of the organization. Funds raised through this effort will directly impact the lives of numerous athletes, allowing them to continue training, competing, and achieving their personal best while fostering lasting bonds with fellow athletes.
