Mike’s journey with Sheehy Ford of Warrenton began 25 years ago as a Quick Lane Technician. Through hard work, determination, and a relentless commitment to his craft, he steadily advanced throughout the organization and now serves as a Senior Master Technician.
His career is a testament to what can be achieved through perseverance and a passion for continuous improvement. Over the years, Mike has become one of the dealership’s most trusted and respected team members, earning a reputation for reliability, professionalism, and technical expertise.
To commemorate the achievement, Mike was presented with a commemorative crystal award along with a gift card to support one of his favorite hobbies outside of work: competitive bass fishing.
A Leader in the Shop
Mike’s impact extends far beyond his individual responsibilities.
As the dealership’s primary transmission technician, he handles some of the most complex repairs in the shop with skill and precision. In addition to his technical expertise, he has also taken on dispatching responsibilities, helping improve workflow efficiency and increase overall shop productivity.
His willingness to step up wherever needed has made him an invaluable part of daily operations and a trusted leader among his peers.
Mentoring the Next Generation
One of Mike’s most significant contributions has been his commitment to developing others.
Throughout his career, he has actively mentored Quick Lane technicians, helping many of them grow their skills and successfully transition into main-line technician roles. His patience, guidance, and willingness to share knowledge have had a lasting impact on countless team members.

Outside of work, Mike is a devoted husband and father who enjoys spending time with his wife and son.
He is also an accomplished competitive bass fisherman with numerous tournament victories to his name. His dedication, discipline, and competitive spirit are evident both on the water and in the workplace, making him a well-rounded example of excellence in all areas of life.
