We are excited to support a beloved community tradition! Sheehy Toyota of Fredericksburg has donated $2,500 to The Great Train Race, an annual youth running event that has been inspiring young athletes for over 30 years.
Returning on May 4, 2025, The Great Train Race gives young runners the chance to compete in a race through historic downtown Fredericksburg. The event includes three race categories:
🚂 The 1-mile Express (ages 6–17)
🚂 The ½-mile George Dashington (ages 10 & under)
🚂 The ¼-mile Caboose Run (ages 5 & under)
Kevin Runey, General Manager of Sheehy Toyota of Fredericksburg, presented the donation check to Brian Pessolano, ensuring this incredible race continues to inspire young athletes for years to come.
