Sheehy Ford of Ashland recently welcomed 18 Automotive Technician students from Caroline County High School for an engaging and educational field trip. The visit was part of the school’s work-based learning program, designed to provide students with real-world experience in the automotive industry.
During their time at the dealership, students were paired with our skilled technicians for hands-on learning in the shop. They observed vehicle diagnostics and repairs, gaining valuable insights into the daily operations of a professional service department. Our team also shared information about career opportunities available after graduation and encouraged students to explore externship programs offered by their school.
We’re proud to support local education and help inspire the next generation of automotive professionals. Check out some great moments from the day in the photos below!
