Sheehy Auto Stores Drives Community Spirit at the 2025 Ukrop’s Monument Avenue 10K

Sheehy Auto Stores was proud to once again serve as a key sponsor of the 2025 Ukrop’s Monument Avenue 10K, Richmond’s largest community race and one of the most beloved annual events in the region. Held on Saturday, April 12th, the event drew nearly 25,000 participants and transformed the city into a high-energy celebration of wellness and togetherness.

As a long-standing supporter of local initiatives, Sheehy made its presence felt in full force—stationed right at the finish line in Monroe Park, our team welcomed runners with cheers, encouragement, and our signature Sheehy enthusiasm. It was more than just a sponsorship—it was a hands-on celebration of our commitment to the community.

In the days leading up to the race, Sheehy also took part in the Health & Fitness Expo at Richmond Raceway (April 10–11). We were thrilled to connect with thousands of attendees, hand out exciting Sheehy-branded swag, and help participants gear up for race day.

A major highlight this year was our role as the official Pace Vehicle sponsor—leading the charge down Monument Avenue and setting the tone for a high-energy, high-impact event. It was a proud moment for our brand to quite literally pave the way for one of the city’s most iconic races.

The Monument Avenue 10K is known for being “the biggest block party ever,” and this year was no exception. Sheehy Auto Stores was once again the Official Post-Race Sponsor and took over Monroe park with Sheehy vehicle displays, finish flags, giveaways, tents, photo backdrops and more! Over 25,000 people flowed through the park throughout the day. With over 90% of participants from the Richmond region, the race serves as a true reflection of our hometown spirit—something Sheehy Auto Stores is proud to champion and support.

Sponsoring events like this is just one of the many ways we stay connected with the people and communities we serve. We’re grateful for the opportunity to give back, show up, and celebrate the values that drive us—teamwork, health, and community engagement.

A big thank you to everyone who helped
