Recently, employees from Sheehy Ford of Ashland stepped outside the dealership to greet a group of monks participating in the Walk for Peace as they passed through the area.
The walkers, traveling on foot from Texas, are part of a long-distance journey centered around promoting peace, unity, compassion, and goodwill. As they made their way along the roadside near the dealership, members of the Sheehy Ford of Ashland team gathered outside to wave, smile, and offer words of encouragement while the group continued on their route.
Though the moment was brief, it served as a meaningful reminder of how small gestures can make a positive impact. Taking time to acknowledge and support others — even with a wave or a few kind words — helps strengthen the connections that make our communities special.
